Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The journal must have a valid ISSN (Print or Online).<\/li>\r\n<li>The journal must have an active and accessible website.<\/li>\r\n<li>At least one complete issue must be published and publicly available.<\/li>\r\n<li>Editorial Board information must be clearly displayed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Information Accuracy<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable.<\/li>\r\n<li>False or misleading information may lead to rejection.<\/li>\r\n<li>The publisher is responsible for maintaining transparency.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Editorial & Review Practices<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The journal must follow a defined peer review process.<\/li>\r\n<li>Review type (Single Blind \/ Double Blind \/ Open Review) must be declared.<\/li>\r\n<li>Editorial contact details should be clearly available on the website.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Ethical Publishing Standards<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Plagiarism policy must be publicly available.<\/li>\r\n<li>Retraction and correction policy should be defined.<\/li>\r\n<li>Conflict of interest declarations should be encouraged.<\/li>\r\n<li>Copyright and licensing information should be clear.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Required Documents for Submission<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"document-box\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Latest Published Issue (PDF Format)<\/strong> \u2013 Mandatory<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>One Additional Recent Issue (PDF)<\/strong> \u2013 Recommended<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Editorial \/ Publication Ethics Policy Document (PDF)<\/strong> \u2013 Recommended<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Proof of ISSN Registration (if available)<\/strong> \u2013 Optional<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nAll documents must be submitted in PDF format. Incomplete submissions may delay the evaluation process.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Evaluation Process<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Submission does not guarantee approval or indexing.<\/li>\r\n<li>Preliminary screening will be conducted.<\/li>\r\n<li>Evaluation is based on MLJIF composite weighted model.<\/li>\r\n<li>Estimated evaluation period: 2\u20134 weeks.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>7.
