MLJIF is an independent academic evaluation framework developed by Meta Life Research & Innovation Trust. It is not affiliated with Clarivate, Web of Science, Scopus, or any commercial bibliometric database.

3. Evaluation Disclaimer

Submission does not guarantee approval or indexing. All evaluation decisions are based on MLJIF criteria and are final.

4. Accuracy of Information

Submitting journals must ensure that all provided information is accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may lead to rejection.

5. Intellectual Property

MLJIF name, logo, framework, and certification materials are protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MLJIF shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from evaluation outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand, India.
