5. Data Verification & Evidence Policy

Open Access and visibility metrics are evaluated based on:

  • Declared publisher data
  • Publicly accessible archives
  • DOI verification
  • Website accessibility checks
  • Submitted documentary evidence

MLJIF reserves the right to verify declared data through publicly available records.


6. Annual Re-Evaluation Policy

  • MLJIF evaluation is valid for one calendar year.
  • Re-evaluation is required for score renewal.
  • Impact Score may increase or decrease annually.
  • Certificates are issued with a unique verification ID.

7. Metric Positioning Statement

MLJIF is an independent multidimensional Journal Health & Transparency Index.

It is not a citation-based impact factor and is not affiliated with Clarivate Analytics, Scopus, or Web of Science.
